【High Heat Stability】- Polymaker HT-PLA-GF is engineered for functional prints that need to maintain their shape in high-temperature environments. After annealing, it provides enhanced heat resistance for demanding applications such as tool holders, brackets, fixtures, housings and functional prototypes.

【12% Glass Fiber Reinforced】- Reinforced with 12% glass fiber, HT-PLA-GF delivers higher stiffness and strength than standard HT-PLA for demanding functional parts. The glass fiber reinforcement also helps improve dimensional stability and gives printed parts a distinctive textured finish.

【Heat Resistant & Easy to Print】- Get high thermal performance without the printing complexity typically associated with ABS. HT-PLA-GF prints at 210–230°C with a 25–60°C heated bed and does not require an enclosed chamber, making it easier to print on a wide range of FDM 3D printers.

【High Speed up to 350mm/s】- Designed for printing speeds up to 350mm/s on compatible printers, HT-PLA-GF combines high-speed capability with low shrinkage and reliable dimensional stability. Suitable for jigs, fixtures, mechanical parts, tool organizers and repeatable functional prints.

【Hardened Nozzle Recommended】- Glass fiber is abrasive, a hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle is recommended. For higher heat resistance, anneal at 80–100°C for 20–30 minutes; 100°C for 30 minutes is recommended.
